Please try the following fix:
1) Hold your finger over the Hexoskin app icon until the icon starts shaking. A cross will appear, inviting you to delete the app from your phone, as seen below.
2) Click on the cross to delete the app from your phone.
3) Download the app again from the App Store. (Direct link to the app)
4) This time the app should not crash at launch. You may need to wait a few seconds while the app downloads your previous recordings from our servers.
