I am using Windows 10. The HxServices local storage works fine for about 10 minutes, and then suddenly (It takes a while, I have to store 9 hours of data) it switches into 'waiting for storage' and nothing happens anymore. I have to disconnect the device to resume local storage.
two related questions:
-where are the local storage files saved on my computer?
-do the data remain to be stored on the device, or are they automatically removed from the device after local storage? What happens after I press erase?
If you have an Anti-Virus, can you try to disable it while it is doing the storing locally? This is just to see if the anti-virus could be causing this.
Also, can you reboot the Hexoskin device by holding on the button until all LEDs are turned off, this takes around 6 seconds. When it is off, no LEDs should be on at all, then please reconnect it to you PC.
You can right-click on a particular session and use the Go To option, this will open the directory where the data is stored.
Also, the data will remain on your Hexoskin device until you erase it using the Erase feature of HxServices.
Finally, you can use the Support/Prepare logs feature to send us more information about your issue and send the zip file to email@example.com
