So I've bought the shirt recently, and on the first day I paired the device to my phone, and then to the app, it was successful even though it took a while like it was mentioned.. On my second day of using it, the 4th day since I first used it. The device has to pair to the app again. And for whatever reason it isn't doing it.
I tried removing and adding the blue tooth pairing.
I tried deleting and reinstalling the app.
And I tried just waiting it out. (20 minutes+)
How do I fix it I have an android, phone is Alcatel One Touch.
You can reset the Hexoskin to its factory settings. Once this is done, you will have to unpair the hexoskin and then pair it again. Also, make sure there is only one mobile device that talks to the Hexoskin.
