None readings from sensors

Hi,

I am using my Garment for the first time and I notice the heart rate sensors are not giving readings at times. The shit is well fitted... On inspection of the Shirt the sensors seems to be slipping away from the silver parts on the garment... Are they not meant to be secure ?

If I fiddle with the sensors adjusting their positioning to being under the silver parts this works for a while but they slip away again and I loose readings.

Is there anything I can do about this?

Hi,

To improve your signal it is recommended to wet your 3 sensors. This will make the shirt stick more to the skin. When it is not wet, it tends to move more which creates noise in the signal.

Also wearing the provided elastic bands will help to keep it in place.

Hi I've just received the Smart shirt and I paired it. But there is no sensor that are shown on my app. Even after wetting the sensors properly. Is there anyway I can get it to work? Where can I get a functional one?
