change time zone

The dashboard is showing my Records and Activities in central time zone while I am actually in Pacific time zone. On the web dashboard, I went to Account Settings, but the field to adjust this is greyed out. How can I change the time zone it thinks I am in? On the iOS app the Profile is showing the accurate location, but this doesn't appear to be syncing to the website or my Activities/Records.
