Hx Services on Windows 10 is not picking up my device. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the HxServices software. I have powered down the device and then plugged it into the USB port. I tried plugging in the unit, uninstalling the drivers, then unplugging and replugging in the unit. The drivers did reinstall but it still does not sync. I can see the device in the Control Panel. What should I do?

Problem solved. Did a hard restart and device shows up and synced. Now to test this baby out :)
