The Hexoskin device shows up on the Devices and Printers window. But it doesn't show up in the hxServices window. Maybe a TeamViewer meet is required to set this up? Also please post Windows 10 specific instructions on your website.
Please try the following on your windows 10.
Make sure you only have the Hexoskin connected via USB. Then try to uninstall the driver of the COM4 in Devices and Printers then unplug the Hexoskin then plug it back. I believe this should reinstall the correct driver.
