[Volet d'assistance technique](https://support.hexoskin.com/fr/volet-dassistance-technique?hsLang=fr) # Application mobile Hexoskin - Jumelage de votre Appareil d'enregistrement Hexoskin ## Si vous souhaitez utiliser l'Application mobile Hexoskin, vous devez télécharger l'Application mobile Hexoskin sur l'Apple App Store ou Google Play Store.   **Remarque :** assurez-vous que votre Appareil Hexoskin n'enregistre pas actuellement (non connecté au Vêtement, la 2ème diode orange ne doit pas être allumée) ou ne synchronise pas une session (non connecté à un ordinateur). Enfin, allez au Paramètres > Bluetooth sur votre téléphone ou votre tablette. Assurez-vous que le Bluetooth est activé. Pour jumeler votre Appareil d'enregistrement Hexoskin à votre téléphone ou à votre tablette, la procédure se fait en une seule étape directement via l'Application mobile Hexoskin.
