To safeguard privacy and confidentiality, Carré Technologies (Hexoskin) enables anonymization of data with controlled access measures. Hexoskin employs advanced industry-standard encryption to ensure secure transmission, storage, and retrieval across all stages of data handling. Data is encrypted from initial collection and storage on the recording device through to upload on Hexoskin Servers using AES protocols. During synchronization, all data is transmitted via encrypted SSL connections to Hexoskin’s secure private and cloud servers. With Hexoskin OneSync, encrypted data is transferred over secure HTTPS to the Hexoskin Servers, maintaining stringent protection at every step. Hexoskin offers a standard cloud data hosting service (hosted on AWS) and an open API that supports advanced data processing and analysis from raw signal inputs. Data sharing from the dashboard—whether with third parties or Hexoskin’s Support Team—always requires direct user initiation and can be revoked at any time.
