• Your History is Protected: Every recording and data point is stored securely. No data is being deleted during this update.
• You Have Full Access: You will never lose access to your data or the accounts you manage. We are simply providing two updated ways to view that information.
• We Are Handling the Migration: If you currently manage multiple accounts using the
  “Data Sharing” feature, our team is already working behind the scenes to move your existing links to our professional platform, OneView, so you don't have to set them up again.

By streamlining our individual Standard Dashboard (my.hexoskin.com) and our professional  Hexoskin OneView platform, we can focus on building the specific features each group needs most—resulting in a more stable and powerful toolset for everyone.

After February 12, you can choose the experience that best fits your workflow and application:

Option 1: The OneView Experience (Seamless & Centralized)

For those who enjoy seeing all their accounts in one place, we recommend moving to Hexoskin OneView.

• Keep Your View: OneView keeps all your linked accounts in one centralized dashboard—no logging in and out required.
• Easy Syncing: OneView allows you to continue syncing data for your entire group using a single Admin login.

Option 2: The Standard Dashboard (Individual & Independent)

If you prefer to not migrate to OneView, you can continue using the Standard Dashboard for free.

• Individual Viewing: You can view any account by logging in with that user’s specific credentials.
• Simple Syncing: To sync a device, just log into OneSync with the specific account assigned to that device. This ensures the highest level of data privacy and integrity for every user.

"Do I need to do anything to save my current links?"

Not at all. Our team is automatically migrating all accounts with established data sharing links over to the OneView platform. Your setup is being preserved for you!

"What happens if I don't want to change anything?"

Your data remains perfectly safe. After February 12, you will simply notice the "Data Sharing" tab is removed from the Standard Dashboard. You can then choose to log into your accounts individually or reach out to us to activate your OneView dashboard.

"Can I still add new users to my project?"

Yes! You can continue to grow your group of users. Simply create new accounts via the "Sign Up" tab at my.hexoskin.com.
