OneSync shows "Sync Failed" or "Storing Failed" — what should I do?

If OneSync shows "Sync Failed" or "Storing Failed", move the storage folder to a local drive, update OneSync, and free disk space.

Why it happens

OneSync needs a stable local storage folder and enough free space to write your recordings. Most "Sync Failed" and "Storing Failed" messages come from a storage folder placed on a cloud-synced or network location, an out-of-date OneSync version, or a full disk.

How to fix it

Set the OneSync storage folder to a local drive — never OneDrive, Dropbox, iCloud, or a network share. Update OneSync to the latest version from hexoskin.com. Make sure at least 2 GB of disk space is free.

If a single recording keeps blocking the queue, right-click that record and choose Skip, then report it to support so we can recover it from the device.
