Putting on and taking off Hexoskin Shirt

Putting your Shirt on

  1. Fold up the lower part of your Shirt.

  2. Put one arm through the arm opening, then your head through the collar, and finally the other arm through the other opening.

  3. Fold the Shirt down over your torso and lower body.

Tip: It’s easier when you’re dry and clean! Removing glasses or hair accessories will make it easier to put on and take off the Hexoskin Shirt.

Applying cream to the cardiac sensors

  1. Roll up the lower part of the Shirt to expose the abdominal cardiac sensor (bronze patch).

  2. Apply a nickel‑sized amount of glycerin‑based cream to the sensor. Do not rub the cream into the fabric.

  3. Roll the lower part of the Shirt back down.

  4. For the thoracic cardiac sensors, gently stretch the armpit opening on the right side of your Shirt until you can see the sensor.

  5. Apply a nickel‑sized amount of cream to the sensor (again, don’t rub it into the fabric).

  6. Repeat for the other thoracic cardiac sensor.

  7. Fasten the elastic belts.

Note: Keep in mind that if you are using water instead of cream, you might have to re-moisten the cardiac sensors more frequently (every ~ 1-2 hours) than if you are using cream (every ~ 24 hours or whenever you take off your Shirt and put it back on). However, your sweat can replace the water if you perform intense physical activity.

Once done, simply connect your Hexoskin Recorder — you’re ready to go!

Taking your Shirt off

  1. Remove the elastic straps and unplug the Hexoskin Recorder.

  2. Gently roll the Shirt up your torso.

  3. Cross your arms to grab the rolled‑up section.

  4. Carefully pull the Shirt over your head.
