If you are not happy with your order, simply reach out to us within 14 days of receiving it to obtain an RMA (return material authorization) number and instructions for returning the product. Please note that **our return policy applies only to products that are returned in their original condition within 14 days of receipt**. Once we receive and inspect the merchandise at our Return Processing Center, we will credit the entire amount back to you, minus any shipping and handling charges.
