Sending logs to Hexoskin Support

If you are encountering any problems with data synchronization using Hexoskin OneSync, we kindly request that you share your logs with us. This will enable our team to provide you with more effective assistance.

 

To troubleshoot any issues with data synchronization using Hexoskin OneSync, we kindly request that you follow these steps on your Mac or Windows device:

1. Open Hexoskin OneSync and log in to your account.

2. Navigate to the Support tab.

3. Click on "Prepare log files to send to Hexoskin Support." This will generate a .zip folder on your desktop.

4. Email this folder to our dedicated Support Team at support@hexoskin.com. Please include a description of the problem you are experiencing along with any relevant screenshots.
