To improve your signal quality, [you can wet or apply conductive cream on your cardiac sensors and fasten the elastic belts](https://23817458.hs-sites.com/en/hexoskin/why-should-i-wet-or-use-a-conductive-cream-on-my-cardiac-sensors?hsLang=en). To evaluate the ECG signal quality, you can simply click on “Show sensors” in your Hexoskin App. If you are able to visualize your ECG waveform, you should also now see that your heart rate would vary if you stand still or start running.
