In OneView, a “Subject” refers to a study participant from whom you gather data. Any member of your study team can add a subject by accessing the 'Subject' module and clicking on the 'Add Subject' button, as illustrated below.
Next, you'll need to input the subject's identification details, including their ID, Group, Birth date, Start date, Sex, and Timezone. When creating a participant, ensure that the 'Active' button is selected. You can switch it to “Inactive” later during the study if the participant withdraws or completes their data collection.
After, you can input the subject's measurements in either metric or imperial units. Sizing charts and instructions are accessible here. Once the measurements are logged, a recommended shirt size will be generated.
Lastly, click on the “Add” button to save the subject’s information.
