Study participants/patients monitored on the Hexoskin OneView Dashboard can use their credentials to log into the Hexoskin Mobile Application and Hexoskin Connected Health Platform to see their data.
The study participants/patients who are being monitored on the Hexoskin OneView dashboard get an automatically generated Username and you can assign them a password. So, they can access the Hexoskin OneSync software to synchronize their records from home. However, the participants/ patients can't access the OneView Dashboard, because you need to be a study team member to access the OneView Dashboard.
If a participant wants to see their data, they can use their Hexoskin credentials to access the Hexoskin Connected Health Platform (my.hexoskin.com) and/or the Hexoskin Mobile Application.
