Creating New Admin-User Data Sharing Links Will Soon Be Disabled
This article announces the upcoming removal of new Admin–User data sharing links on my.hexoskin.com as Hexoskin transitions to the OneView dashboard for team management.
We will soon be sunsetting the ability to create new "Admin-User" data sharing links on the Hexoskin Connected Health Platform (my.hexoskin.com). This type of sharing was originally implemented as a workaround to help users manage multiple accounts, although the platform was initially intended for individual use.
We’ve launched Hexoskin OneView (one.hexoskin.com), our latest dashboard designed specifically for managing teams, research cohorts, and multi-participant projects. OneView offers dedicated tools for participant management and group monitoring, eliminating the need for manual Admin–User links.
What stays the same?
- All existing Admin–User links will continue to function.
- The Friends & Relatives sharing option (two-way sharing) is not affected.
- For now, you can still create new Admin-User relations. The exact date for the removal of this feature is yet to be determined.
To avoid any issues with your workflow and data collection, we encourage you to consider migrating your project and data to the OneView Dashboard, which is specifically designed to handle multiple participants.
