How do I create or access my Astroskin account (App and Dashboard)?
Astroskin accounts are created by the Hexoskin team, not self-serve. Send your device serial numbers and user list to support to receive credentials.

Astroskin accounts are not self-registered. If you try to register directly in the Astroskin App, registration will not complete — this is by design.
To get your credentials
Send to support@hexoskin.com the device serial number(s) found on the BIOMON transmitter, your organization name, and the list of users who need access (name and email). Support creates the Dashboard organization and the App credentials tied to your devices and replies with your login information and first-login steps.
First login and user changes
Log into the Astroskin App with the credentials provided and confirm your device appears with its serial number. One-time passcodes are sent to the registered email; check spam if you do not receive one within five minutes. To add or remove users, contact support with your organization name and the serial number concerned.
