Viewing Your Hexoskin OneSync Version
When you are on OneSync, you can see the current version you are on by clicking on the About button in the top left corner of the interface:
Updating to the Latest OneSync Version
To ensure you have the latest version of the Hexoskin OneSync software, follow these steps:

Open Your App Store: Go to the App Store on your computer (Windows or Mac) and search for "Hexoskin OneSync."

Check for Updates: You will encounter one of two options:

- Open: If you see this option, you have the latest version of the software.
- Update: If this option appears, it means you do not have the latest version, and you can proceed to update.
NOTE: If you had to manually update the software, it most probably means that you have not enabled permission for automatic software updates on your computer. If you wish to enable this feature, please search online for instructions specific to your operating system (Windows or Mac).
