Connection Between the Shirt Connector and the Device Looser

With time, the connection between the Connector on the Hexoskin Shirt and the connector inlet on the recording Device may become looser. This is a known issue that does not affect the reliability nor the functionality of the Device (i.e. it will not affect your data recording) and this is only a cosmetic issue that won’t affect the durability of your Shirt.
