      Finding Hexoskin Smart Serial Number

      You can find the Hexoskin Serial Number at the back of the data recorder.

      Noting the Hexoskin Smart Serial Number

      1. Return the Hexoskin Smart and locate the Serial Number's five digits appearing on the black label (SN: 00000) (see picture below).

      If you reach out to our Hexoskin Support Team, providing your device(s) serial number(s) can help with troubleshooting. You can prepare to have this in hand when you contact our Support Team.
