If your Hexoskin Device keeps disconnecting from your phone or tablet, it may be due to range, placement, or interference. This article outlines key troubleshooting tips to improve Bluetooth connectivity.
Ensure You’re Within Bluetooth Range
For best connectivity, your phone or tablet should remain within a direct line of sight and within approximately 10 meters (32 feet) of the Hexoskin Device.
- Repeated disconnections can occur if the connection is obstructed or the signal is weak.
Optimal Device Placement
Bluetooth signals can be blocked by the human body, especially if the device is placed vertically, loosely, or upside down.
To improve transmission and reduce disconnects:

Insert the Hexoskin Device horizontally into the shirt pocket.

The cable should face upward, and the LED light should face outward.
