What is the Warranty for Hexoskin or Astroskin?

Details about the Hexoskin and Astroskin Warranty

Carré Technologies warrants your Hexoskin™ or Astroskin™ hardware Device against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during a “Warranty Period” of one year from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user/purchaser.

Hexoskin and Astroskin Hardware

If a hardware defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, at its option, Carré will either:

  1. Repair the hardware defect at no charge;
  2. Exchange the product with a product that is new or refurbished that is equivalent to new, or;
  3. Refund the purchase price of the product. 

Hexoskin and Astroskin Smart Garments

The Hexoskin and Astroskin shirts are under warranty for 14 days after delivery (please refer to the Hexoskin Warranty).
