In the Health Status tab on the Hexoskin Dashboard, you will find all the data that can be used as personal health indicators.
Whenever you choose a metric, all your historical data will appear in the graph. For data to automatically appear in the “Cardiorespiratory Status” section, for example, you must perform and complete the Fitness Tests with your Hexoskin app.
Hexoskin Dashboard allows also you to make a manual input of the metrics if let's say it was measured by another device than Hexoskin. Move your cursor on the selected metric, then click on 
to manually add a new value.
Type in your new value, select a date and click on save for this data entry to appear on your graph.
