Heart rate zones on Hexoskin Dashboard
The heart rate zones are available to be viewed on the Hexoskin App and the Hexoskin Dashboard under your "Health Status" tab. On your Dashboard, you will also find the definition of each cardiorespiratory metric and related explanations by clicking on "Show explanations".
