Please note that It takes about 2 hours to fully charge the Hexoskin Device. If the Device is still charging past 2 hours (i.e. top orange LED still blinking), the lithium battery in the Device may be having difficulty holding and reaching 100% charge. It is important to know that the Hexoskin recording Device is tested over 300 charge cycles. Beyond this limit, the lithium battery loses its effectiveness. To check the charge status of the battery of your Device, you can use your Hexoskin App. Once the recording Device is connected to the Shirt and paired to the Hexoskin App, you will be able to determine the charge percentage of your Device.
