How do I charge the Hexoskin Device?

You can charge your Hexoskin Device using the provided USB cable with either a computer or a wall charger. For best results, charge while syncing via Hexoskin OneSync to ensure accurate date and time settings.

To charge your Hexoskin Device, you can use either of the following options:

  1. Via USB computer connection
    Plug the included USB cable into your computer or laptop.

    Important: When using this method, launch Hexoskin OneSync while charging. This ensures your data is synchronized and the device’s internal clock is reset. This is especially important if:

    • The battery has been fully depleted

    • The device hasn’t been used in a while

    If the clock isn't reset, future recordings may contain incorrect date/time information.

  2. Via USB wall charger
    Alternatively, you can use a standard USB wall charger. However, this method does not reset the internal clock if the battery has been fully drained. The clock will resume from where it stopped, which can cause time-stamp errors in your recordings.

Charging time:
A full charge takes approximately 2 hours.

Whenever possible, charge your Hexoskin Device via your computer while syncing with OneSync to maintain accurate date and time data.
