If you see on your Hexoskin App a constant heart rate of 70 bpm (default value), it might mean that the ECG signal quality is too noisy. To improve your signal quality, you can wet or apply conductive cream on your cardiac sensors and fasten the elastic belts. To evaluate the ECG signal quality, you can simply click on “Show sensors” in your Hexoskin App. If you are able to visualize your ECG waveform, you should also now see that your heart rate would vary if you stand still or start running.
