We strongly recommend migrating to our newer software, Hexoskin OneSync, which offers continuous updates and improved performance. Before installing OneSync, please follow these steps to ensure a smooth transition.Uninstalling HxServices
OneSync cannot run simultaneously with HxServices due to shared resources. Please uninstall HxServices first:
On Windows
- Click the Start button, then select Settings (or open Control Panel).
- Go to Apps (or Programs and Features in older versions).
- Find HxServices in the list and click Uninstall.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the process.
On Mac
- Open Finder, then go to the Applications folder.
- Locate HxServices.
- Drag HxServices to the Trash, or right-click and select Move to Trash.
- Empty the Trash to fully remove the application.
Installing Hexoskin OneSync

Advanced Users: OneSync supports local decoding, which processes your data on your computer, giving you immediate access to raw, unprocessed data. Review the Local Timeline Decoding article on the Hexoskin Support Community before using this feature.
Installing the Hexoskin Drivers Manually (Windows Users Only)
If you've run into an issue where your Hexoskin Smart Device is not appearing in OneSync or your computer is not recognizing that a device was connected, this may be related to the Hexoskin drivers not being installed correctly. No need to worry, this can easily be fixed by installing the drivers manually. Here's how:
- Download the drivers.
- Open the downloaded .zip folder and extract the 2 Hexoskin files to the Desktop.
- Once extracted, locate and right-click on the Hexoskin INF file (Setup information), then select "Install."
- The drivers have now been installed.
If you do not see the "Install" option when right-clicking on the .inf file, please ensure that you have successfully extracted the files from the downloaded folder.
It is always good practice to Reboot your PC after installing new drivers. Once you've completed these steps, you can resume using your Hexoskin as intended.
