Top LED not Turning on while Charging the Hexoskin Device

Both the Hexoskin Classic and Smart Devices are tested and have a guarantee of 1 year from the date of purchase. The device should be fully functional within that period. In the case that your device is not lighting up (top orange LED), here are some suggestions of steps to follow to confirm whether the device is functional.

  1. It is important to ensure that the device is properly connected via its USB cable directly to your computer or Mac. Do not use any intermediate USB connector (USB hub).
  2. Press and hold the device for 6 seconds to have it reset. All lights should turn on momentarily. This would indicate that the device reset was successful.
  3. When connecting the device to Hexoskin OneSync, the device should then become visible within the Hexoskin OneSync software.
  4. When connecting the device to the Hexoskin Shirt, the second LED on the Device should turn on.
